REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

- * Important: Student registration requires proof of status (student ID or supervisor confirmation).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Technical Organiser.
- Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
- – Cancellations received before 31 May 2026: Full refund minus an administrative fee of €30
- – Cancellations received from 1 June to 30 June 2026: 50% refund
- – Cancellations received after 30 June 2026: No refund
REGISTRATION RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Substitutions of registered Delegates are allowed until 1 September 2026, provided prior written notice is given to the Organiser.
- All payments must be made in EUR via bank transfer. Delegates are responsible for ensuring that the payment is received by the Organiser by the applicable deadline. Unpaid registrations may be cancelled. All payments must be made in EUR via bank transfer.
- Any modifications to issued invoices (e.g., VAT number, billing address, or name changes) will incur an administrative fee of €30.
